Upon checkout, we will ask for your name, address, email address, payment information, and phone number. This information is used solely for us to process your order.

We are a family-run business. This means that when you order a pillow from us, it will be hand-made by one of us personally. We typically will have your pillow ready for shipping within two days of your order. If for some reason there will be a delay, we will notify you immediately.

Each Zensomniac Pillow is made of super-soft, high quality 100% polyester material. After the material is purchased, it is washed using a mild detergent before it is cut and sewn. We also use a liquid fabric softener in the wash for ultimate softness and a nice, clean scent. If you are allergic to detergents and/or fabric softeners, send us an email and we can make you a pillow without using either one of these. The stuffing inside your pillow is also made of a high quality 100% polyester fiber material.

We do not recommend the use of the Zensomniac Pillow for children under the age of 12, due to the fact that the materials used are not flame-retardant.

Although the Zensomniac Pillow has the potential to help you sleep well and prevent neck/head discomfort, we cannot guarantee this will be the case for everyone who tries it. We are not physicians nor chiropractors, therefore cannot diagnose or treat any condition that you may suffer from. We base our success on feedback given to us from users of the Zensomniac Pillow.
